JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: • Serve as the Business Intelligence Lead for Global ARDx supporting all business units with an extreme focus on data; its quality, integrity and reliability to report on.• Demonstrate leadership with cross-functional teams and projects throughout the business including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and IT to coordinate efforts in data centralization and reporting best practices with BI tools.• Work closely with internal stakeholders to define needs and to implement solutions while making sure any data or reporting that is created reflect the quality and standards of the overall ARDx organization.• Leverage existing infrastructure and resources across the enterprise to align the Business Intelligence Strategy with corporate initiatives and guidance.• Develop proof of concept solutions to test and ascertain requirements for projects globally to strive for quick and productive outcomes.• Proactively identify new data sources and analytics opportunities to ensure that leadership's decision-making is based on the most current, objective and comprehensive insights.• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.• Self-motivated, ability to lead initiatives involving analytics, ERP, Financial Systems and/or Supply Chain Systems.• Analytical thinker with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
