The Role

The Data Intelligence team is chartered with advancing data driven decision making across Acrisure. As a member of the Data Intelligence Team, you will be responsible for developing, refining, and enabling the execution of strategies that promote data democratization. Strategies include: 1) Prioritization of onboarding new Acrisure data sets against a continually evolving landscape of new data availability as a result of company mergers and acquisitions, 2) Methods for how to enable the team members’ strong subject matter expertise to be applied and leveraged across numerous partnering teams in product, AI, and engineering, 3) Grow broader understanding of Data Governance established guidelines and best practices and surface potential issues, 4) Fostering relationships and collaborations across other Analytics teams, and 5) Ensuring team’s contributions contribute to growing adoption of Acrisure’s strategic AI enabled platform (Auris).       

You will establish metrics for measuring and monitoring the Data Intelligence team’s efficacy, progress, and impact against strategic initiatives. You will be comfortable working across a wide variety of people include senior executive leadership, analysts, program management, and technical team members. 

Here are some of the ways in which you’ll achieve impact:

• Improve engagement and impact of the Data Intelligence team with and across other teams and functions
• Take a lead role of communication of business performance against our annual commitments and the implications, providing recommendations to ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with members of the data organization to ensure strategies are advancing Acrisure’s vision, that best practices are shared, and that we are collectively accelerating performance
• Improve throughput and velocity of decision making by streamling how Data Governance questions and requests are managed
• Empower others to grow understanding of the complexity of data by creatively scaling how teams’ knowledge is shared and applied
• Advance the transition of users from legacy means of accessing information to the future state strategies of data enablement
