The Impact You Will Make:

• Lead all annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting and budgeting for Grubhub's Logistics, Customer Service and Fraud departments
• Monitor KPIs and business drivers for departments, highlighting trends and analyzing underlying causes of variance to goals
• Lead teams analyzing ambiguous problems, creating solvable questions and surfacing business recommendations
• Work and lead cross-functionally, partnering deeply with leaders across Grubhub's Logistics, Customer Service & Fraud organizations to measure opportunities, recommend changes, and track results
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives for department leads
• Support business leaders to solve business problems and understand the financial implications
• Help prepare presentations for Board of Directors and Executive Team
• Be curious! Find data nuggets, trends, and other analytical goodies that help us grow faster and generate more profit for the company

What You Bring to the Table

• BA/BS in an analytical field (Finance, Accounting, Economics)
• 5+ years of experience in an FP&A or analytical role, preferably with client-facing experience within tech, consulting, or finance
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of client-facing experience is a plus
• High EQ - able to lead an analyst and assist in their growth and development
• Strong understanding of financial statements
• High business acumen with a strong understanding of financial performance and ability to influence outcomes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• SQL and/or Tableau a plus
