What You Will Learn:

This position is responsible for the budget and trend process for fulfillment, capital expenditures and Month End reporting.

  • Manage Capital expenditures including approvals, trending and Audits
  • Responsible for preparing month end Journal Entries
  • Perform Financial management duties including generating Budgets and Trends, compiling and submitting reports and analyzing month end results
  • Review and approve SAP Access rights for Supply Chain users
  • Ensure accurate reporting in Compass, Magnitude, etc.
  • Acts as liaison with other departments
  • Other tasks as needed

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to successfully interact with business colleagues
  • Cooperate proactively with all departments
  • Operate with rigor, method and pragmatism, taking into account the Entity's organization and processes
  • Demonstrate a positive critical thinking to generate cost savings
  • Be skilled for cross functions project management and change management
  • Have good knowledge of Group tools and referential (charters, standards, processes, systems etc.)
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, leadership skills, oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as requested by management
  • Must be able to sit at desk for long hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/CPA preferred
  • SAP experience a plus
