Position Overview
The Manager of Product & Marketing is responsible for coordinating product management, marketing, and commercial activities that support company growth and customer satisfaction. This role works closely with Application Engineering, Quoting, Project Management, Sales, and R&D to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives, timely customer support, and effective go-to-market strategies. This position reports directly to the General Manager. The Manager is a hands-on contributor and people leader who bridges technical expertise with marketing execution. Strong organizational skills, clear English communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments are critical to success.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Support the development and execution of product and marketing plans. - Supervise and provide guidance to Application Engineers, Quoting Specialists, and other assigned team members.
• Serve as the customer advocate by communicating customer needs across product, pricing, and marketing decisions. - Partner with leadership to align projects with company goals.
Product Management & Development
• Assist in managing the product lifecycle: concept, design, prototyping, testing, launch, and phase-out. - Collaborate with R&D to identify customer-driven improvements and innovations.
• Help prioritize product development projects based on market demand, feasibility, and ROI.
Commercial Support
• Oversee day-to-day quoting activities to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Partner with Sales to support customer relationships and help achieve revenue targets.
• Provide input on pricing strategies to balance competitiveness and profitability.
• Work with Operations to align product availability with customer needs.
Marketing & Branding
• Execute marketing campaigns and product launch activities.
• Develop and maintain sales tools, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Support trade shows, website updates, and social media activity.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and trends to support strategy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field required.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in product management, marketing, or sales in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, pricing, and customer support.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally (domestic and international).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
