Key Responsibilities • Operations Management • Oversee daily plumbing division operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation. • Implement and maintain quality control standards across all plumbing services. • Manage inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and fleet operations. • Team Leadership • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of licensed plumbers and apprentices. • Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when needed. • Foster a positive, safety-focused, and customer-centric work environment. • Schedule technicians efficiently to maximize productivity and response times. • Lead weekly meetings on company goals and safety. • Customer Service & Business Development • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through quality service delivery. • Handle escalated customer concerns and complex service issues. • Build relationships with contractors, property managers, and commercial clients. • Identify opportunities for service expansion and new business development. Qualifications • Required: • Valid Master Plumber license in good standing. • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Preferred: • Experience in plumbing or related mechanical trades. • Related degree, or management certification. • Experience with franchise or multi-location operations. • Established relationships within the local contractor community.
