Mandarin Chinese Teacher

Christian Righteousness Education Center (CREC) is a bilingual Mandarin-English after school program serving families in the South Bay, including Cupertino, Los Altos, Sunnyvale, Saratoga, and nearby communities. We are currently seeking a passionate Mandarin Chinese teacher to join our lower elementary team (K–3rd grade) at our Saratoga campus for the upcoming fall session starting August 14. Position Summary CREC is looking for dynamic, dedicated, and caring teachers to inspire students and support their growth in language and character. Our students range from kindergarten to middle school. This position is for in-person teaching. Job Responsibilities • Create a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment • Plan and deliver engaging Chinese lessons • Teach, supervise, and support students in their daily learning • Communicate student progress and behavior with parents • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive atmosphere Requirements • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese (Traditional and/or Simplified) • Bachelor’s degree or higher • At least one year of teaching experience • Love working with children; patient, warm, and responsible • Available Monday to Friday for a minimum of 2.5 hours per day • Working hours between 3:30–6:00 PM Schedule Part-Time: Our program operates Monday–Friday, from 3:00 PM to 6:15 PM.
