As QA Engineer you will be part of our international e-commerce customizations team, you will plan, design, and execute the tests on each of the user stories generated in the backlog of the project, in order to help deliver the best e-commerce solution to our North and Latin-American clients.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

• Analyze requirements and perform functional testing for customized platforms in projects and support.
• Evaluate test results, generate reports, and track key metrics.
• Create and manage bug reports, validate fixes, and communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases and checklists.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure an organized development process and timely issue escalation.
• Work closely with front-end developers, ERP teams, technical consultants, and engineers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Set up and perform Demos for stakeholders.
• Execute additional QA services as required, including content setup, automation testing, and performance testing.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• 1+ year of experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle, testing processes, and methodologies.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems and defect management.
• Experience with cross-browser testing and exploratory testing.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies such as Web Services (HTTP/HTTPS), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
• Familiarity with version control systems (GIT).
• Experience using web debugging tools (e.g., Google Chrome DevTools).
• Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining test cases.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repeated tests with consistency.
• Experience in creating scripts for demo presentations.
• Analytical mindset with proactivity, critical thinking, and fast learning skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with eCommerce and ERP.
• Experience with Performance testing (Jmeter/LoadRunner, Grafana, InfluxDB).
• Experience with Automation (cypress, playwright, selenium).
• Experience with risk base testing.
