In this position, you will get to:
- Provide Quality support to manufacturing in the areas of: Testing and Assembly
- Product testing and inspection and ensure the quality and accuracy of the manufactured products.
- Perform critical failure analysis to the units that were identified with opportunities during the product testing process and conducting the reparation of the units.
- Inspect electronic components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and equipment to ensure they meet applicable regulations and safety standards.
- Verify equipment and product meet the test requirements specified for the product.
- Assist in diagnosis and repair of product.
- Contributes to process issues by performing a root cause analysis. Supports implementation of short and long-term solutions to stabilize processes.
- Supports product identification, traceability, disposition, and handling of conforming and non-conforming product.
- Involvement and assistance in problem solving methodologies, such as 8Ds, Kaizen, A3, Ishikawa and 5Why's.
- Supports quality, operations, and manufacturing departments to drive actions that improve assembly quality and performance.
- Support other activities as required.

You have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product inspection such as electronic, electromechanical, and/or mechanical production items.
- Experience in ISO 9001 environment or related.
- Basic experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- 1 year experience using power sources, power analyzers, multimeters, measurement tools and techniques
- Ability to operate hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk frequently.
- Ability to effectively organize, plan workload and work in a self-directed manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for electronics and continuous improvement
