Now we need amedia buyer/ads manager/marketing optimizerwho can drive leads and appointments like a savage. What You’ll Do: • Build, launch, and managepaid adsacross Meta, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn • Write copy that gets clicks, builds trust, and fills calendars with qualified leads • Create, test, and scale landing pages, advertorials, and funnels (we use HighLevel + Typeform) • Manage weekly metrics (CPM, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS)—and drive them down • Turn our proven content into ad creative that performs (video + static) • Coordinate with team on nurture sequences, email campaigns, and retargeting • Optimize relentlessly—test, track, kill losers, scale winners You’re Right for This If: • You’ve managed$50K–$500K+/mo in paid mediaand can prove it • You track numbers like a CFO: CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPL, CTR • You write ads that sell, not just scroll past • You understandfunnels, not just ads • You know how to build systems that generatequalified calls, not vanity metrics • You likespeed, ownership, and performance-based comp • You want to work with a team that doesn’t need babysitting—or give it Bonus Points If You: • Love marketing strategyandexecution • Are familiar with infinite banking / financial services • Can design, tweak, and launch creatives without waiting on a design team • Have built VSL funnels or booked appointments in a consultative sales model What You Get: • Base + performance comp(your results = your income) • Remotework w/ autonomy + accountability • Ability toscale a proven offerto 7–8 figures and beyond • Direct access to the founder + high-level decision making • A seat at the table—not just a dashboard button pusher How to Apply: Send your resume or portfolio, andone campaign you're proud of(with numbers), [email protected].
