Our client, the headquarters of a national sorority in Indianapolis, is seeking a marketing and communications leader. The role is integral in building affinity for the sorority through its innovative and intentional approach to organizational communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all communications and marketing projects, including print, digital, website, news events, recruitment and educational programs
- Manage organization-wide content strategies that connect with a multi-generational membership and build affinity among internal and external stakeholders
- Supervise the Communications Coordinator and train staff and volunteers on brand standards
- Manage operations including reporting, expense budgets, and communications statistics, and formulate, administer, and oversee operational communications budgets
- Complete editing and proofing of all communications and marketing projects
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of supervisory work experience in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing, including social media and blogging
- Advanced skills with Adobe products like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Premiere Pro is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills—both written including AP guidelines, and oral including public speaking and working with volunteers
- Proficiency in time management, project management, and ability to travel to represent the Sorority as needed
