The Marketing Communication Digital Manager is an instrumental member of the Marketing Communications team. The primary responsibility of this individual is to collaborate with key stakeholders to formulate the strategy and implement integrated, multi-channel platforms and tactics for the entire portfolio within the Surgical Division of Hologic. The ideal candidate will have experience creating a communications ecosystem (digital & cop, websites, display media, search engine marketing, social media, CRM, etc.) from which to communicate with consumer and Health Care Professional (HCP) customers. This role interfaces closely with internal and external stakeholders and is critically positioned as a lead driver of all digital marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, execute & measure all mediums of digital marketing and web design tactics
- Full ownership and management of GSS's social media presence
- Monitor, asses, and inform on website UX optimization
- Implement and monitory digital campaigns to connect with customers in new and engaging channels
- Implement and monitor email campaigns and manage digital mailing lists via Pardot
- Optimize website and Pardot integration to track digital buyer's journey
- Partner with Brand leaders and other divisional teams to build and execute robust multi-channel campaigns and digital tactics
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, particularly pertaining to digital initiatives
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customers
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to effectively measure campaigns and optimize user experience

- Experience in identifying target audiences and creating multi-channel digital campaigns that engage, convert and retain customers
- Experience managing social media channels
- Experience identifying and managing keywords
- Experience managing SEO functionality of websites
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience in engaging with Healthcare Professionals
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Critical thinker with an ambitious, solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player with positive outlook
- Fluency in Microsoft office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
Education
- BA/BS required
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years digital marketing experience
- 2 years of experience within healthcare marketing preferred
The annualized base salary range for this role is $78,000 to $122,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
