Marketing & Creative Director

Role Overview We’re looking for aMarketing & Creative Directorwho can own FLD’s marketing performance while leading the brand’s creative vision. This hybrid role blendsdata-driven marketing leadership (40%)withhands-on creative direction (60%)to ensure every campaign, event, and piece of content reflects the prestige and exclusivity of the FLD brand. Key Responsibilities • Own marketing OKRs, budgets, and campaign approvals across all channels. • Define and evolve FLD’s brand positioning and messaging in the luxury automotive and lifestyle space. • Lead creative direction for campaigns, video storytelling, and member experiences. • Oversee and mentor the Digital Lead (Luis), Creative Media Lead (Diego), Video Editors, and consultants. • Collaborate closely with the Chapter Growth team to deliver localized marketing support. • Partner with Product (UX/UI + Developers) to align app/web creative with the brand. • Manage agency and consultant relationships, ensuring alignment with growth goals. • Ensure all creative assets meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. • Innovate with new content formats, trends, and platforms to drive engagement and lead generation. • Represent the FLD brand externally at select events, activations, and partnership opportunities. Qualifications • 5+ years in marketing/brand leadership roles (luxury, lifestyle, or automotive preferred). • Strong portfolio of brand campaigns, content, or creative direction. • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through marketing. • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. • Proficient in campaign strategy, content marketing, and digital performance metrics. • Ability to balancecreative vision with performance data. • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. • Must be passionate about cars, luxury lifestyle, and building a community brand.
