Job Title:Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator – Assisted Living / Memory Care (CALAIM Experience REQUIRED)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and strategicMarketing & Community Outreach Coordinatorto drive occupancy growth and community engagement at our Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. This individual will play a critical role in promoting our services to healthcare networks, families, and community stakeholders, with a focus on building partnerships through theCALAIM initiativeand other Medi-Cal programs.
Candidates with knowledge or experience working withinCalifornia’s CALAIM programand its Enhanced Care Management (ECM) or Community Supports services are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategiesto meet occupancy and growth goals, with a special emphasis on Medi-Cal-eligible populations and service providers.
• Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers, hospitals, managed care plans, social workers, and community-based organizations.
• LeverageCALAIM knowledgeto identify and pursue partnership opportunities under Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports (e.g., housing transition services, respite care, etc.).
• Represent the facility at industry events, networking groups, and CALAIM-related forums or meetings.
• Conduct tours, information sessions, and personalized follow-ups with prospective residents and their families.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical staff to ensure alignment between marketing messaging and actual service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and referral patterns in the Medi-Cal and senior care space.
• Maintain and report on CRM data, outreach activities, and conversion metrics.
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, senior living marketing, or community outreach.
• Working knowledge of CALAIM, ECM, Community Supports, and Medi-Cal programshighly preferred.
• Proven track record in lead generation, community engagement, and referral development.
• Strong understanding of assisted living and memory care services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
