Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, rehab facilities, and senior living communities. • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies that support organizational growth and address market demands. • Oversee the coordination of client assessments to ensure smooth service onboarding and high client satisfaction. • Present engaging, informative sessions to healthcare providers and community groups to promote services and build brand trust. • Serve as a representative of the company at industry trade shows, professional gatherings, networking events, and conferences to enhance visibility and reputation. • Implement a structured outreach strategy driven by a marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives. • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage lead pipelines, assess referral trends, and enhance lead conversion efficiency. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with client expectations and comply with industry regulations.
