Title:Marketing Manager Classification:Exempt Salary:$75-80K(DOE) Department:Marketing/Design Reports To:Director Location:Brea, CA Overview A Japanese company in the entertainment industry is seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Managerto lead marketing projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate excels at time management, cross-functional coordination, and driving marketing initiatives to completion within deadlines and budget. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards and delivering measurable impact. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns from start to finish • Create detailed project plans including timelines, tasks, and resource assignments • Collaborate with internal teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables • Monitor progress and address roadblocks to keep projects on schedule • Communicate updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership • Ensure execution of marketing campaigns aligns with strategic objectives • Analyze results and recommend improvements for future projects • Support general marketing efforts and take on additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in both marketing and project management • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional marketing projects • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and project management tools • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and performance analytics • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting • Self-starter with solid understanding of marketing principles and trends Other Requirements • Occasional travel (approximately once per month) to sites or events • Flexibility for travel and weekend work as needed for special projects • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally To apply please email your resume [email protected]
