Dental Nachos and Dentist Job Connectare two growing startups focused on making the dental profession more connected, supportive, and sustainable—and we’re looking for afull-time Marketing Manager(or Director, depending on experience) to help us grow with purpose. You’ll lead our marketing efforts across both brands, manage a small but mighty team, and make sure our messaging is sharp, consistent, and aligned with business goals. What You’ll Do • Lead Strategy– Develop and execute cross-platform marketing strategies that support both Dental Nachos and Dentist Job Connect. • Manage Campaigns– Oversee campaign planning, timelines, and delivery across email, web, social, and text. • Support the Team– Mentor and collaborate with our coordinators and social media staff to ensure strong execution and creative alignment. • Maintain Consistency– Keep messaging and brand identity cohesive across platforms and projects. • Oversee Content– Review and approve assets for clarity, tone, and accuracy. • Measure What Matters– Track performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and similar tools. Use insights to improve results. • Stay Proactive– Conduct competitor research and stay informed on trends to keep our efforts relevant and innovative. • Collaborate Across Departments– Work closely with our sales, content, and operations teams to stay aligned on priorities. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role • A proven ability to create and execute strategy while managing details and deadlines. • Clear, confident communication skills—written, verbal, and visual. • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (especially HubSpot). • Experience using project management tools (like Asana or ClickUp). • An analytical mindset—you can read the data and act on it. • Comfortable giving feedback and helping others grow professionally. • Organized, adaptable, and good at keeping multiple projects on track.
