Cowshed Spa Primrose Hill...

Nestled inside one of London's most idyllic neighbourhoods, Cowshed Primrose Hill is a haven of relaxation and sociable grooming. Cowshed Primrose is a social space for members to move, look after their health and well being and take care of their grooming. Available treatments range from massage, body and facial treatments, maternity, lash & brow, waxing, hair removal and light salon.

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to join our East London team at Cowshed Spa Primrose Hill (NW1 8UR). Our Massage Therapists ensure that the member receives the highest standard of treatments. You will guide members through our offerings and determine which massages would benefit them the most.

What we are looking for...

• NVQ Level 3, ITEC, VTCT OR equivalent massage related qualifications
• Excellent customer service skills and a true passion for making others feel better
• A team player
• Going above and beyond for clients to make sure they have a unique experience
• Confident in building relationships with your clients and recommending products
• Drive to maintain high standards of treatment service and retail recommendations
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Customer / member experience focused
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
