Master Carpenter / Installer

We are a competitive and fast paced architectural metalwork company seekingField Installers. Installations include: railings, stairways, balconies, window guards, and misc metal products. Candidate must maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment, while following quality standards and procedures. A valid driver's license and good clean driving record is required. We conduct a complete pre-employment background check and screening process. We seek career minded individuals who can identify with these qualities. • Minimum 5 years experience in construction, for both residential and commercial, involving various installation types. • Provide quality installation, with work completed within an allocated time frame, and also be the point of contact for all internal employees and external customers. The ability to communicate with customers, other trades, and employees in a professional manner is expected. • Communicate progress updates to our management and relay end of day status updates via text or email. These will include photos, completion of job summary reports or detailed open item reports to follow up successfully to complete jobs. • Collaborate in the scheduling of project installs and dividing manpower to the appropriate locations. Attends project meetings. • Review installation drawings and project notes prior to deployment to be able to ensure all material, hardware, and equipment is loaded and prepared prior to install and trucks are properly stocked with necessary items and kept tidy and organized. • Responsible to track hours of all helpers/installers with accuracy, assign tasks onsite to employees to achieve high efficiency and control the work flow at all times. • Strong mechanical aptitude with proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently and affectively. • Willingness to work indoors/outdoors year round. In some cases, the ability to work at elevated heights, with or without lifting machinery.
