As a Plumber, you’ll be working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, from remodels and new builds to emergency repairs and service calls. Base Range:$45/hr - $65/hrPerks & Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay based on experience • Company van, mobile device, and uniform provided • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid time off • On-the-job training and long-term growth potential • A company culture that values its team and supports your successWhat You'll Do: • Install, repair, and maintain a variety of plumbing systems (water, gas, and drain lines) • Handle residential and commercial jobs—remodels, service, and new construction • Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and fixture issues with confidence • Provide top-notch customer service on every call • Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle • Collaborate with team members and project leads • Use ServiceTitan CRM to track job progress and communicate with the office • Follow all safety procedures and local codesWhat You Bring: • At least 2 years of plumbing experience (more is great!) • Valid driver’s license with a clean record • Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and materials • A professional and courteous attitude with customers and coworkers • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and working in crawl spaces or at heights • Tech-friendly and able to use mobile apps to complete job tasks • C-36 License is a plus but not requiredImportant Info: • We participate in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility • This position may require a post-offer background check, in compliance with California’s Fair Chance Act.
