What does Master@IBM offer you?
Within the scope of the 2-3 year Master@IBM program we offer valuable professional experience in the area of Sales which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between two and three years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master’s degree. Nevertheless you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master’s thesis in collaboration with your department.

Who are we looking for?
For our in-job master’s program we are looking for highly-motivated students from economics business or (IT) science based degree courses. In addition to a good bachelor degree an independent approach to work is also important to us. Are you action-oriented highly motivated and you have analytical skills? What can you expect from this position?
In this role you are working and supporting the strategic business of IBM Technology. You directly assist the IBM Technology Client Account Lead in Geneva and wider account team in preparing for internal cadence client and internal meetings business governance and proactive business development propositions with opportunities to get involved in delivering the ideas. Gain valuable business experience working for IBM with a large global packaged goods company with the possibility to contribute your creative ideas to help the client transform.

• good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• fluent in French or German and English
• good problem solving skills
• excellent communication skills

This job is only for candidates who will have finished their Bachelor studies by September 2024 (or earlier) and plan to start with a Master’s Degree in autumn 2024 (Swiss university/university of applied sciences study course of your choice).
