Material Planner

Mission statement:

Responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory which is related to Service. Support Logistic Center & Workshop in Service. Sets inventory parameters, inventory targets, and ensure adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory incl. sales more than invoicing and purchase requisition to customer invoice.
• You will support internal customer service inquiries, set inventory parameters, and inventory targets, and ensure adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.
• You will focus on segmentation and safety stock and define inventory policies.
• You will maintain the ERP inventory parameter.
• You will be in strong collaboration with buyers.
• You will be responsible for managing MRP (Material Resource Planning) and inventory performance.

• Technical or commercial educational background, with further technical or commercial education in material management.
• Several years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese in both spoken & and written, other advantage.
