We are looking for an upbeat and friendlyMedical Insurance Customer Service Representativeto join our team. Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, or information requests
• Answer incoming calls efficiently in a high call volume setting
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customers following established procedures
• Address customer grievances, appeals, and billing issues. Escalate when needed
• Inform customers and service providers about eligibility and other relevant topics.
• Manage customer requests received through email, voicemail, fax, or other channels
• Perform customer satisfaction surveys as needed
• Attend and contribute to department meetings
Required Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or GED required
• Must have Medical Insurance and Call Center experience
• Prior experience in a call center setting related high volume call environment highly preferred (50-100 per day)
• Recent customer service representative/patient service experience required
• Must have knowledge of proper phone etiquette and delivering high level of customer service
• Must possess clear communication skills & enjoy assisting others
• Must be familiar working in a fast-paced setting
• Must be reliable, sharp, and punctual
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual Vietnamese - not required but highly preferred
