Mobile Device Management Engineer L2

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

The Mobile Device Management Engineer is a member of the Enterprise Voice and Video Collaboration Services team. This position ensures that all mobile devices, compliance and enrollments are following MKS Instruments policies and procedures.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Responsible for the management and incidents/tasks triage of the ServiceNow resolver group to SLA’s
• Support the configuration and enrollment process of Mobile Devices in Microsoft Intune (MDM)
• Handle escalations for advanced troubleshooting and resolution of mobile device issues or problems with device hardware or software
• Administration and management of the Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox Mobile and Google Zero Touch platforms
• Provision Mobile Applications in the Intune Company Portal
• Device Inventory from Microsoft Intune (MDM) for monthly reporting.
• Define and maintain Mobile Device standards and polices
• Remediate obsolete and end-of-life devices
• Evaluate and recommend new mobile and tablet devices
• Open cases and manage escalations to vendors when necessary

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or relevant field or equivalent combination of work experience, education, and training
• Proficiency with the latest in mobile devices such as Android, iPad, and iPhone with a general understanding of wireless carriers and plans
• Customer Service driven mindset with strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in an innovative and demanding environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM), Intune Company Portal, ITSM and ServiceNow
• Additional knowledge in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Power BI for reporting
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills along with the ability to collaborate successfully with multiple team members, interacting with employees at all levels of the organization
