Mulesoft Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Consultant to lead and execute integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MuleSoft implementation, defining business and technical requirements, and delivering end-to-end integration solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of integration best practices.

Role and Responsibilities

MuleSoft Implementation:

-Design, develop, and deploy APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

-Ensure solutions adhere to best practices and meet performance, scalability, and security standards.

-Conduct MuleSoft platform upgrades and optimization.

Requirements Definition:

-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.

-Translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows.

-Document use cases, integration patterns, and API specifications.

Execution and Delivery:

-Manage and execute the full project lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.

-Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues promptly.

-Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high quality standards.

Collaboration:

-Work closely with development teams, architects, and business to align solutions with business objectives.

- Collaborate with 3rd parties or client stakeholders to discuss requirements and support.

Monitoring and Support:

-Implement monitoring tools and processes to ensure integrations remain operational and reliable.

-Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Skill Requirements/Preferences

Technical Skills:

-Proven experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, RAML, DataWeave, and MuleSoft connectors. If not Mulesoft experience, at least background in other integration platforms.

-Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, messaging queues, etc.).

-Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.

Professional Experience:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in integration development and implementation using MuleSoft.

-Demonstrated expertise in defining technical and business requirements for integration projects.

-Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Soft Skills:

-Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

-Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

-Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.

Education Requirements

-Recommended: Technical / Higher Engineering / Master, related to IT technologies.
