Multifamily Construction Project Manager

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, from planning to completion • Coordinate and lead internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quality control processes • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes • Facilitate regular site visits and progress meetings • Report project updates to senior leadership and ownership groups MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
