Multifamily Project Manager

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of wood frame multifamily residential projects • Manage project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and site teams • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety • Proactively identify and mitigate risks or delays • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle • Oversee procurement, scheduling, and cost control measures MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
