Multifamily Project Manager - Ground-Up Construction

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. • Lead pre-construction efforts including permitting, bidding, and subcontractor selection. • Direct on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum. • Prepare and present regular project updates, forecasts, and risk assessments to senior leadership. • Monitor project budgets and schedules, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with contract terms, local regulations, and company standards.
