Job Description

The position requires on-call duties and offers hybrid work from Cracow. Candidates must be able to travel within Poland and Europe.

• Develop and maintain the existing network infrastructure including Data Centre, LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Cloud.
• Handle service requests.
• Execute IT infrastructure projects by implementing solutions.
• Diagnose, analyze, and ensure proper LAN/WAN/SDWAN/WLAN operation.
• Manage and administer computer network monitoring.
• Preparing documentation and procedures.
• Provide technical support to development and business support teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience supporting network technologies in a medium/large enterprise environment.
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP level certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Fortinet NSE4 certification or equivalent.
• Hands-on knowledge of network security.
• FortiAP and Fortinet SDWAN knowledge are a plus.
• Experience in configuring Cisco Catalyst switches.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN/SDWAN network management issues.
• Good knowledge of routing protocols (BGP).
• Good knowledge of VPN networks (SSLVPN, IPSec).
• Knowledge of network infrastructure monitoring, and alerting would be a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good written and spoken Polish and English, at least B2 level.
• Valid category B driving license.
