Key Responsibilities: • Install HVAC systems in high-end, custom residential projects. • Work collaboratively in a team atmosphere with positive and detail-oriented colleagues. • Ensure precision and adherence to project specifications and standards. • Participate in training to refine skills and maintain industry-leading expertise. • Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces in a professional manner. Job Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation or related fields (sheet metal, geothermal, hydronic systems, etc.). • Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team. • Must be 24 years or older. • Possess a valid driver’s license. • Clear a background check. • EPA certification and understanding of safety standards. • Pass a pre-employment drug screen as this is a safety-sensitive position, which will include cannabis screening.
