Nurse Practitioner - OBGYN

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a full time Womens Health Nurse Practitioner to join our busy outpatient OB-GYN practice located in Chelsea.

Our practice provides care for adolescents aged 16 to adults. Our physicians and staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care to our patients and the best service to their families. Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Chelsea is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their families (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.

The schedule for this full-time opportunity is a traditional workweek, Monday - Friday, and may include early morning, late evening, and rotating weekend shifts to increase patient access.

Minimum required qualifications for this opportunity include:

• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Nurse Practitioner
• Master's Degree
• State of Michigan License and DEA
• ACLS and BLS Certification
• Womens Health Nursing experience preferred
