This independent hospital is seeking an OB/GYN to lead their program. Enjoy a great lifestyle with a flexible 4-day work week and up to 8 weeks of PTO. Work with a collegial staff that includes two Certified Nurse Midwifes, other experienced physicians, and a dedicated support staff to help you focus on your patients.

The opportunity:

Compensation Details:
•  Base Salary Range: $400,000 - $425,000.
•  First year package of $550,000+ with guaranteed ongoing base of $400,000+ plus production bonus.
•  $150,000 signing bonus, $250,000 in retention bonuses or student loan repayment.
•  Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k, annual CMEs, and more.
•  Flexible 4-day work week plus 8 weeks of PTO.
