Join an integrated practice of 6 highly experienced physicians with a team-based approach in a top Critical Access Hospital in the state of Iowa.

Practice Details:
•  Work alongside a team of 6 other FMOB and OB/Gyn providers
•  Reasonable delivery volumes of anywhere between 40-75
•  4-day work week offered
•  12-15 patients per day
•  Flexible case mix can include up to 65-70% GYN
•  Da Vinci 5 Robot available - Only 2 within the entire state of Iowa
•  $50+ million investment in new facilities will be completed end of 2025
•  Newly renovated state-of-the-art LDRP rooms with adjacent access to the Surgery Department

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Employed position with a salary guarantee of up to $464,000 with production incentive
•  Comprehensive benefits package includes a $100,000 Sign-on, Medical, Dental and Life insurance, HSA/FSA, IPERS Pension, CME, Relocation, and more
