We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Onboarding Success Coordinator to join our HR Services team at IBM. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless structured and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires supporting their transition into the organization and accelerating their integration and productivity.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to coordinate onboarding activities deliver orientation programs and address logistical requirements. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying IBM’s culture values policies and expectations. Additionally you will play a key role in fostering early connections and promoting a sense of community and belonging among new employees.

Objectives of the Role
•   Ensure new hires receive the information tools and resources required for a successful transition.
•   Design and execute onboarding programs that reflect organizational values culture and business objectives.
•   Facilitate orientation sessions that communicate IBM’s mission vision policies and operational structure.
•   Serve as a primary point of contact for new employees offering guidance and resolving inquiries throughout the onboarding process.
•   Partner with HR hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline onboarding and deliver efficient employee experience.
•   Oversee completion of onboarding documentation including employment contracts compliance forms and benefits enrollment.
•   Monitor the integration of new employees proactively identify challenges and provide timely support.
•   Experience in onboarding HR coordination or recruitment within a corporate environment.
•   Demonstrated knowledge of onboarding best practices HR policies and corporate compliance standards.
•   Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and deliver positive employee experience.
•   High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
•   Flexibility and adaptability to support diverse employee needs across global and remote teams.
•   Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
•   Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
•   Practical experience using SAP and ServiceNow in HR or operational environments.
