OPC Product Engineer-SRAFs

This position holds product engineering responsibilities within Siemens Mask Synthesis product team. We are seeking a Product Engineer with background in RET/OPC, lithography and software scripting experience to help applications development in OPC/SRAFs methods, and to provide hands-on expert product engineering support for Calibre OPC/SRAFs tools usage.

Responsibilities include:

Expert usage and support for Calibre OPC/SRAFs software; Work closely with R&D, QA and related AE teams to define requirements, evaluate Calibre OPC/SRAFs technologies for customer introduction and long-term support; Work with key customers and field support teams to resolve difficult problems and to gather requirements for future OPC/SRAFs needs; Provide training to internal teams and external customers.

Skills and experience include:

Understanding of OPC/RET technology, UNIX/Linux and Python skills are desirable. Prior experience in the following areas is desirable: OPC, computation lithography, sub-resolution assist features (SRAF), model-based OPC/RET, ILT, Design Rule Checking (DRC), pattern matching, OPC verification software; Very good communication skills; Problem-solving skills; A self-motivated quick learner who can work independently and be a team player when working within multi-regional cross functional teams; Moderate travel (~10%) will be needed to internal offices in the USA but also to customer sites overseas.

Location is Wilsonville/Fremont, prefer Wilsonville.

Thisposition will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under theInternational Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export AdministrationRegulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S.Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

The salary range for this position is $82,900 to$149,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
