Operation Engineer

The Operations Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the company's Operations, such as manufacturing and shipping, function effectively to meet factory and management specifications.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Support and implementation of new products in the tech transfer from development to the commercial production.
• Support in creating production protocols and carrying out production processes according to the requirement.
• Managing and accompanying technological projects and leading changes and improvements.
• Implementation and process specification development of new equipment.
• Multi-interface working inside and outside the site.
• Writing procedures, protocols and technological reports.
• Support in writing URS for new equipment, or for improving existing equipment.

Qualification & Skills:

• Chemical/Biotechnology/Pharma/Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in an industrial company 3-5 years.
• Familiarity with the GMP environment - an advantage.
• Experience in equipment or process validation
• English - at a high level - reading, writing and speaking.
• Full control of OFFICE software.
• Independent, task oriented with initiative and orientation to continuous improvement
