Key Responsibilities
As an Operator II, Manufacturing, you will:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment CNC Press Brakes and various Cutting Machines.
- Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards to produce top-tier products.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Accurately document production data and maintain detailed records.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably within a regulated environment.
- Competence in mechanical systems and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical certification or associate degree is a plus.
- 3-6 months experiance
- ability to read prints and drawings
- some computer skills or ability to learn
