Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of complex Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Stay current with emerging Oracle Cloud HCM trends tools and best practices
- Contribute to the development of Oracle Cloud HCM strategies and roadmaps
- Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Module including workforce structures legal entities jobs positions grades and organizations.
- Strong understanding of employment models person management and worker lifecycle transactions (hire transfer promotion termination etc.).
- Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM Extracts and BI Publisher OTBI for data migration and reporting.
- Proficiency in designing and configuring approval workflows notifications security roles and personalization.
- Familiarity with Fast Formulas for validation rules and calculations (preferred).
- Understanding of HR data management HR compliance and system security best practices
