What you will do:
- Manage business transformation projects in various industries which include business process changes and technology implementation over the entire lifecycle of a project
- Employ technical and functional skills around the implementation of packaged software solutions, particularly with an Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation specialization.
- Manage project team members through the lifecycle of a project. Establish appropriate leverage on project teams and assign/manage project responsibilities to team members.
- Act as the liaison among the executive committee members, stakeholders, and delivery team
- Identify project risks and communicate appropriately with project stakeholders to avoid and mitigate potential issues
- Manage forecasting and tracking of project costs and budget throughout the application development project lifecycle.
- Assume responsibility for all project phases and work directly with clients and third party vendors in accomplishing project objectives.
- Deliver exceptional client service in all client interactions and projects.
- Lead or support robust change management programs to increase client adoption of the ERP Cloud Solution.
- Assist in identification of new business opportunities. Such activities include development of new methodologies and tools, participation in proposal opportunities, market research, and other internal initiatives when possible.
- Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to communicate, network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community, including those at an executive level.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and performance counseling to consultants, clients and project team members.
- Balance client, new business development and practice development activities, including active participation in internal projects and operations along with complying with firm standards.
- Contribute to the general management of the Consulting Practice and develop and implement a personal plan which sets goals for professional and practice development.
- Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programs

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, accounting, finance or related field or relevant work experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years previous related industry and consulting experience highly preferred.
- Prior experience managing cloud implementations a must. Experience with Oracle Clould HCM applications preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding strategies and regulations, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop leading practice recommendations based on prior experience
- Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current.
- Participate in the development and continuous improvement of our methodologies and toolsets
- Display accountability and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.
- Must be willing to work nontraditional business hours for client demands
- Ability to travel; potentially up to 25%
Additional Information
For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $163,620 to $346,800. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
