We're seeking an Oracle Database Administrator to join our stellar team! You will have the opportunity to support our cutting-edge products while working with the newest technologies.

This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform database build using automated procedures where available.
• building databases using procedures/automation scripts that have been tested and developed by senior level DBA or DB Engineers
• Participate in designing a database solution to perform within pre-defined bounds in areas as space, memory, CPU utilizations, and response times.
• Ensure database backups are being run on a regular basis per backup and retention policies.
• Ensure that recovery procedures and scripts are in place on all database servers.
• Database maintenance including gathering of statistics, reorgs, memory tuning.
• Monitor databases using pre-defined processes and procedures to ensure that they are performing within pre-defined bounds in such areas as space, memory, CPU utilizations, response times, etc.
• Perform and validate database / schema changes.
• Perform data movement tasks such as import, export, load, refreshes, etc.
• Ensure that DR processes are tested and in working order during regular DR exercises.
• Provide first level problem support.
• Identifies current initiatives and key issues related to organizational technological policies.
• Describes expected benefits of effective organizational IT policies, standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in enterprise environments
• You should have Oracle DBA experience and knowledge with Oracle 12c to 19c
• Experience with Linux, crontab and shell scripting
• Familiarity with AWS/Cloud knowledge.
• Knowledge of HA and DR architecture and solutions for database recovery.
• Familiarity of Oracle ASM
• Experience with OEM 13c
• Experience with Oracle Data Guard
• Advantageous to have experience with Goldengate, SQL Server and/or Shareplex

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 USD annual
