Position Summary: Looking for senior Fusion HCM Cloud (US Payroll) resource who can work on break-fixes, complex sized developments on client implementation/quarterly upgrade/roll-out projects. Candidate should satisfy the minimum years of experience, should also possess the required skills mentioned in below sections.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for dealing with urgent and complex Production issues, enhancement projects and critical production migrations in Managed Services accounts.

· Provides professional expertise in the development and modification of Cloud application. Works well with Functional and Technical consultants, customers and project team members, vendors to help support detailed program and technical specifications.

· Owns and deliver complete resolution from requirement analysis, gap fit analysis, mapping, solution design, configuration and panning the test strategy.

· Leads specific project initiatives and acts as a subject matter expert on projects.

· Participates in client engagement activities, helps in optimizing client processes.

· Working with Project Lead/Project Manager on various Functional/technical and Delivery aspects.

· Works closely with Oracle support to get quick turnaround on issue resolution.

· Delivering client trainings, demo and Proof-Of-Concepts on areas of module expertise.

· Acts as a Mentor to junior/intermediate team members and grooms them.

· Contributes to developing the intellectual property for Navisite. 

Qualifications:

· Minimum Graduate in Engineering or any other equivalent degree 

· Preferred to have Oracle or any professional certification in respective area

Preferred Skills & Experience:

· 5-10 years of Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Software for modules HR, US Payroll (processing and taxation)

· 1-2 full lifecycle implementations.

·  Thorough functional/Technical knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

·  Experienced in all stages of documentation in the implementation life cycle

·  Should have knowledge on integration between Oracle HCM Cloud and 3rd party systems.

·  Strong written and verbal communication.

·  The ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment.

·  Outstanding analytical capability and problem solving from beginning to end.

·  Should be well versed with all project management methodology, OUM standards for documentation, must be able to practice those.

·  Should have good presentation skills for client demos.

·  Should have commercial awareness and understanding of business environments.
