In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- Lead transformation projects ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle escalations and provide innovative solutions for complex issues.
- Guide cross-functional teams through change management initiatives.
- Monitor and report on project performance and outcomes.
- You have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- You possess a strong leadership ability and organizational commitment
- You're adept in using at least MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- You're highly organized analytical results-oriented and is detail-oriented.
- You have high level of maturity and sense of responsibility
- You have the ability to collaborate with others
- You're highly motivated and proactive and unquestionable integrity
Additional Requirements:
- You must be willing to work in Naga City Camarines Sur
- You must be willing to work on night shift schedule and 100% onsite
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a s upervisory capacity in managing B2B collections team
- You have experience in multinational and/or multi-cultural setting.
- Having an extensive working knowledge of SAP/GetPaid/ARCollection is an advantage.
