Organic Social Media Manager

As an Organic Social Media Manager, you will work within our marketing team to manage the day-to-day administration of content to the tasty family of social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.  This role will wear many hats from executing social strategy, copywriting, customer support and analyzing data.  You will help strengthen and grow customer engagement within the channel through converting brand fans to loyal customers.   
What you’ll do: 

• Manage social content marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
• Implement and monitor organic social media strategy
• Implement social media content calendar, creative briefs, and posting schedule across all platforms in alignment with brand priorities and business goals
• Stay up to date on any regulatory laws/rules around social media 
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is engaging, informative and on-brand 
• Monitor platform metrics and report on performance for channel and platforms

Who you are: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field  
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related role  
• Knowledge of the social media landscape with the ability to keep a finger on the pulse of social news
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a contributing team member 
• Excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment  
• Experience with social media listening platforms such as Sprout Social a plus
