Just a short drive north of the Tri-Cities sits this brand new, 50-bed community owned hospital and clinic system. Their 100+ provider team is looking for additional BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeons to join their experienced team. Soak up a low-volume practice, or tap into a generalist or joints patient panel with unlimited earning potential! Their experienced team is eager to either mentor a new graduate or add an additional experienced colleague seeking a slower paced environment while making a difference.

Position Details:

• 4-day work week with Fridays off
• Low density Level 3 trauma call - very scarce night/weekend call
• Work alongside experienced surgeons - mentorship available
• Generalist scope with emphasis on hips and knees
• New hospital and surgery suites under construction!

Compensation:

• $670,000-$748,000 Guaranteed base salary + RVU and quality production bonuses
• Up to $75,000 sign on bonus
• Up to $200,000 student loan repayment
• $20,000 Relocation stipend+ $4,000 CME stipend
