OTR Truck Driver

STS Express Inc is seeking a dependable and professional OTRFlatbed Truck Driver (CDL Class A)to join our growing transportation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with flatbed equipment, securement procedures, and safe long-haul driving. You’ll be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely across regional and OTR routes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. Responsibilities • Operate and drive flatbed tractor-trailers across designated OTR routes. • Properlysecure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loadsin compliance with FMCSA cargo-securement standards. • Conduct thoroughpre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspectionsto ensure vehicle safety and regulatory compliance. • Plan and manage routes to ensureon-time, safe deliverieswhile complying with all DOT/HOS regulations. • Maintainaccurate logs and documentation, including ELD hours, inspection reports, and delivery records. • Communicate clearly withdispatchers, customers, and other team membersregarding schedules, delays, or issues on the road. • Handle all freight with care, ensuring product integrity and professional customer representation. Qualifications • ValidClass A CDLwith a clean driving record. • Minimum1 year of verifiable flatbed driving experience(preferred). • Proficient in usingchains, binders, straps, and tarpsfor securement. • Strong understanding ofFMCSA safety and cargo-securement regulations. • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Commitment tosafe driving practices and professional conductat all times.
