In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Brand Technical Specialist you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships understand their needs earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business. Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing Strategies for Power-related Infrastructure Applications: Build strategies for clients in designing and technically building out infrastructure applications and power-related management. Defining and Detailing IBM Power Solutions: Design feasible IBM Power solutions that complement and enhance clients' existing tech stacks. Delivering Proof of Concepts: Deliver proof of concepts and simplify complex technical subjects for client education. Building Credibility and Trust: Through consultative methods at all levels both internally and externally to facilitate the closure of highly complex Cloud technology deals.
- Should be technically strong in Recruiting Data Models and its associated Recruiting features such as candidate status set recruiting settings career sites agency setup and reporting areas.
- Should be technically strong in Onboarding 2.0 and its associated Onboarding Features such as Onboarding Panels Compliance Forms Notifications Security Permissions Business Rules/Advanced Conditions MDF Objects etc
- Should have working exposure in Implementation and Support experience.
- Work with the customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Recruiting/Onboarding2.0
- Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.
- Proven history of hands-on delivery in major HR transformation programmes and success in contributing within a team environment.
