תחומי אחריות

- להשתמש בכישורי שירות לקוחות, טכניקות מכירה בסיסיות וידע על מוצרים כדי לחבר את הלקוחות למוצר הנכון ולהניע מכירות.

- לבנות קשר בין הלקוח למותג באמצעות מתן שירות מעולה והתאמת סיפורי המותג לסביבה הקמעונאית.

- לשמור על ידע במחלקות השונות בחנות ולהיות זמינ/ה להפעלת קופה בעסקאות רגילות, לבצע משימות שילוח וקבלה, לסדר את הסחורה בחנות, לבצע עבודות ניקיון ולבנות תצוגות ויזואליות לפי הצורך.

- לשמש כמקור ידע על המוצרים עבור לקוחות ועובדים מתחילים. לחפש הזדמנויות ללמידה ולפיתוח ידע מתקדם או מיוחד בתחום המכירות, מוצרי נייקי, תרבות המותג, טכניקות מכירה ושירות.

- לסייע למנהלים ולעובדים בכירים בהכשרת עובדים מתחילים.

- לסייע במאמצי מניעת אובדן על ידי מתן שירות לקוחות יזום.

דרישות

- שנה או יותר של ניסיון בשירות לקוחות ו/או במכירות קמעונאיות - יתרון.

- תשוקה למותג נייקי.

- יכולת לבצע פעולות חשבון בסיסיות.

- יכולת לתקשר ביעילות באנגלית בעל פה ובכתב (או בשפה רלוונטית אחרת).

- יכולת לבצע מספר משימות בסביבה מהירה.

- יכולת לעבוד ביעילות עם אחרים בסביבה מוכוונת צוות ולספק שירות לקוחות מצוין.
