Payroll Specialist

Role Summary

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery and accounting of salaries, wages, commission, and incentive payments.

Key Responsibilities

End to end payroll procession on a monthly basis.

Reconciliation of third party payments as per schedules, ensuring timely payments.

Reconciliation of GL accounts

B/S and P&L reconciliation

Management of payroll queries and escalations in a timely manner

To ensure GDPR Compliance of payroll data both internally and externally.

To ensure processes are reviewed, updated, and implemented as required.

To prepare data based on auditor's request

Job Requirements

Previous experience of the end-to-end payroll function.

Full and up to date understanding and knowledge of all relevant payroll legislation.

A high level of attention to detail and excel skills

The ability to work to strict targets and time frames

The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Have experience in international payrolls (Czech, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Türkiye, UK, Pakistan, Saudi, Dubai)

Previous experience of Workday, Oracle and ADP Streamline
