Not-for-profit, nationally recognized hospital is seeking a pediatrician to join an expanding and collegial group.

Practice Details:
•  Join an established group of 5 other primary care physicians
•  4-day work week with just 32 patient contact hours/week
•  Average volume of around 18 patients per day, ensuring time with each patient
•  Outpatient with the ability to incorporate inpatient and/or newborn rounding, if interested

Compensation Details:
•  Lucrative salary guarantee range of $280 - $300K - putting you in the 70th percentile MGMA
•  NHSC-approved site with HPSA score 16 - $75,000 in student loan repayment with hospital adding $24,000/year
•  $40K sign-on bonus plus full benefits package, including relocation assistance, substantial PTO, multiple retirement plans, and a residency stipend
