Job Description
- Digging into culture and client business problems to uncover sharp insights and execute complex cross-functional full service agency briefs
- Shaping measurement and media activation development across all channels (offline or online) to help build brands (upper funnel) and deliver on immediate business needs (lower funnel/direct response)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, buying, analytics, marketing or related field
- Two plus years college, experience in a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience
- Proven Storyteller: Ability to craft strong narratives, POVs and technical briefs
- Analytical: Ability to digest large amounts of data and make informed decisions
- Comms-minded: Should be experienced in bringing ideas to life across multiple channels and working with teams to measure and understand impact
- Proficiency for Office Program Suites (Microsoft Office, Google Office, etc.)
- Support project management of all key Performance processes
- Learning Agenda documentation
- Complex testing and activation Gantts
- Analytics Roadmaps
- Technical project timelines
- Manage 3rd party analytics engagements with the larger Performance team
- Build and maintain technical collateral
- Technology POVs
- Advanced Analytics decks
- Capabilities documentation for new business
- Activation Strategy and Documentation
- Collaborate with MediaTech to ensure that testing initiatives are properly reflected in technical activations
- Build and maintain measurement frameworks for key clients
- Translate Media Briefs into Performance Strategy initiatives
- Interpret client briefs and translate into key initiatives/projectsÂ
- Collaborate with Strategy and Media teams on testing strategies
